Scrambled egg appearance is the ERCP finding in carcinoma pancreas. Other findings in ERCP in pancreatic carcinoma are: abrupt block of pancreatic duct with irregular stricture, pancreatic duct encasement, Double duct sign - cut off of both pancreatic and bile duct, parenchymal filling.
