Adenoid cystic carcinoma - Most aggressive salivary tumor, can cause perineural invasion. Larger the size of salivary gland more likely it's benign. Smaller the size of salivary gland more likely it's malignant. MC salivary gland involved - parotid gland > submandibular gland.
