Sympathectomy is indicated in all following conditions, except:

Lumbar sympathectomy is indicated in the treatment of hyperhydrosis and not anhydrosis. Other indications include superficial skin ulcer, causalgia, vasospastic disorders such as frostbite and raynaud's disease, hyperhydrosis, inoperable aerial occlusive disease with ischemia causing restpain.
