Which part of the nephron normally reabsorbs the most water?

The proximal tubule normally absorbs ~65% of the filtered water, with much smaller percentages being reabsorbed in the Decending Thick Limb and in the distal and collecting tubules. The Thick Ascending Limb(TAL) is relatively impermeable to water and therefore reabsorbs very little water.
