Drugs causing galactorrhea are dopamine antagonists like antipsychotics (phenothiazines,butyrophenones),antidepressants, antiemetics and dopamine depleting drugs like reserpine , methyldopa .These dopamine antagonists elevate prolactin concentrations and results in galactorrhea.
