Criteria for Forceps Application are- * Fetal head at perineum * Cervix fully dilated * Engaged head with known fetal head position with sagittal diameter in not more than 45 degree sho of rotation. * Fetal skull is at station >= +2 * Ruptured membrane Clear rules - It's better to do a safe Cesarean than to do a complicated forcep delivery.
