All of the following are recommendations for screening of lynch syndrome in women with endometrial cancer except

Lynch syndrome Genetic Screening Recommendations Patients with endometrial or colorectal cancer and tumor evidence of: Microsatellite instability or  DNA mismatch repair protein loss Fisrt-degree relative with endometrial or colorectal cancer who was diagnosed: Before age 60 years or  Is at risk for Lynch syndrome based on personal and medical history. First- or second-degree relative with a known DNA mismatch repair gene mutation.
