Broca's motor speech area or area 44and 45 is a special region of premotor coex situated in the inferior frontal gyrus. This area is present, especially in dominated hemisphere (left hemisphere in right-handed person). Broca's area is concerned with the movements of those structures, which are responsible for the production of voice and aiculation of speech.
