The following features are true about membranous glomerulopathy except-

Membranous Glomerulonephritis - Spontaneous remissions occur in 20-30% of patients and often occur late in the course which make treatment decisions difficult. One third of patients continue to have relapsing nephrotic syndrome but maintain normal renal function . Another one third develop renal failure or die from complications of nephrotic syndrome.
