Clinical Features

• Lesion enlarges over many years, it becomes protuberant
Treatment
• Aggressive resection with special attention to radial margins (local recurrence rate <5%)
• Up to 50% recur after simple excision.
• Imatinib: First line of treatment for advanced disease.
