Hangman's fracture is fracture of pars interaicularis of C2 and slip of C2 over C3 as shown in the image. Jefferson's fracture involves Atlas (C1). Clay shoveler fracture involves the spinous process of lower cervical spine. Sciwora usually occurs in children <8yrs old. It is a spinal cord injury without obvious radiological abnormality.
