HSP is characterized by tetrad of palpable purpura, arthritis, glomerulonephritis and abdominal pain. Less common skin lesions are : nonpalpable macules & patches, urticaria, bullous lesions, vesicles, splinter hemorrhage and ulcerations. Rarely epistaxis may occur.
