Some of the possible effects are: Sensorineural Hearing loss, eye defects like cataracts and micro ophthalmia, Hea diseases like septal defects, Pulmonic stenosis, mental retardation. Also seen are Neonatal purpura, radiolucent bone disease & hepatospleenomegaly
