Normal hea sounds are heard but breath sounds were decreased on the left side and trachea was deted towards right. Which of the following is the first line management?

Presence of hea sounds indicstes absence of cardiac tamponade. Tension pneumothoro-r is ruled out, as the patient is not having hypotension (BP-120/80 mm Hg).
