Which of the following condition is associated with giant 'v' waves in a JVP?

Giant v waves are seen in tricuspid regurgitation and VSD. v wave in a JVP represents atrial filling and occur during ventricular systole. In tricuspid regurgitation there is an accentuated v wave followed by a rapid y descend.
