A 3-year-old patient has extensive vesicles on lip,tongue, oral mucous membrane. After 2-4 days vesicles rupture at followed by pseudomembrane formation and also some dermal lesions seen what will be the diagnosis

Option 'D' steven-johnson syndrome is characterized by oral, genital and ocular Lesions. Option 'A' herpetic gingivostomatitis usually occurs in children and young adults. Option 'C' though pseudomembrane formation is seen in ANUG, no dermal Lesions are seen.
