Drug of choice for Neonatal Seizure is → Phenobarbitone Phenytoin can be used as an alternative if the seizures are not controlled. Therapy Alogrithm includes 10% extrose followed by Calcium Gluconate, i.v. to control seizures If no response  → Phenobarbitone
