Late stages of limited systemic sclerosis patients may develop Pulmonary aerial hypeension (PAH), Interstitial lung disease, Hypothyroidism, Primary biliary cirrhosis Raynaud's phenomenon and other typical features of systemic sclerosis occur in the absence of detectable skin thickening in some patients.
