Myoclonic seizures occur in a variety of epilepsy syndromes ( West syndrome/ Infantile spasms, Lennox - Gastaut syndrome ) -Sodium valproate ,Topiramate,Zonisamide, Levetiracetam,Clonazepam,Nitrazepam, or Clobazam may be used in the treatment of myoclonic seizure.
