Clinical manifestations of ectopic ureter Female → Urinary incontinence, UTI Male → UTI or epididymitis Note - Dysuria occurs in UTI. Treatment If renal function is satisfactory → Ureteral reimplantation into bladder neck or ureteroureterostomy. If renal function is poor → Partial or total nephrectomy.
